Anna Jakimova is an L& D specialist with a passion for technology, learning and people.

Ann has spent over 18 years in executive roles managing training divisions on P/L level. She managed Euromoney Training as a Director of Euromoney Financial and Energy Training for 16 years and later joined Thomson Reuters where she becomes a Global Head of Corporate Communication Training. In this role that she took while finalising an MBA dissertation, she set up and launched a portfolio of bestsellers fro TR employees and clients. The research was focused on ' Evaluating key value drivers for startups in the training industry" and as given her a unique insight into future learning trends globally.

Experience includes creating and implementing innovative learning strategies focusing on methodologies from experiential learning, On Demand, Instructor-led, WebEx and Bite-Size.

Key achievements

  • Initiated, applied and managed agile strategy for a LearnTech start-up: Infinite Learning International integrated learning solutions provider. LMS platforms, WebEx, Bite Size and on demand experiential learning.
  • Masterminded product development and revenue generation for the internal corporate training for Thomson Reuters employees globally.Launched to external clients.
  • Designed and developed bestsellers offered globally, leadership schools, technical training academies.
  • Created “go to market strategy and launched a portfolio of products externally to Thomson Reuters clients.
  • Maximised profitability and expanded by organic growth while managing Euromoney Training by bringing innovation and cutting edge products into banking, financial, energy training, growing the division's revenue to over £15 million per year. Portfolio of 200 trainers and 500 courses.
  • Consistent track record of successfully delivering full lifecycle implementations of projects to tight timescales stand-alone and in partnerships and in turbulent market conditions
